All goods need to be in original packaging and all tags are in place in re-saleable condition.
- Please complete returns below and include with return of goods.
- We will not accept items that show signs of use or wear. Upon receipt of goods, our Quality Assurance team will closely inspect goods. If goods do not pass this inspection you will be notified.
- We will replace, exchange or refund your goods and refund your return freight cost.

- We will not accept items that show signs of use or wear. Upon receipt of goods, our Quality Assurance team will closely inspect goods. If goods do not pass this inspection you will be notified.
- When goods are received for exchange, a discount code will be sent to you to the value of your products returned (less a $5 handling fee) which can be redeemed on the website.

In the first instance please email our helpdesk at helpdesk@globalchef.com.au or contact us on 0450 589 690 to discuss the issue with a company representative who will advise the next step towards a resolution.

- If a supplier fault is found you will be entitled to a replacement, exchange or refund.
- If wear and tear is found then a partial refund may be applied.

Once your return is received and inspected: if approved, then your Refund/ Exchange will be processed. Resolution- either a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days or replacement goods will be dispatched within 7 days.

Please note your Refund/ Exchange is only for the cost of the goods and does not include your postage costs or any free items sent with goods unless deemed a fault of Global Chef.

Partial returns on PROMOTIONAL DEALS will not accepted. For a full refund ALL items purchased under a PROMOTIONAL DEAL must be returned.
